-ALOE VERA

Store-bought skin creams prescribed by a dermatologist come with side effects; however, this isn’t the case with this highly beneficial plant-a true gift from nature. It is even safe for baby skin.

-CUCUMBER

Thanks to the moist and anti-inflammatory properties in them, they are the perfect solution for an irritated skin. Cut one cucumber and put the pieces on the affected area. This will alleviate the ache and itching.

-COCONUT

Coconut oil is not only good for eating, but it is also known to be an extraordinary treatment of numerous diseases. Due to the moist in it, coconut oil has a beneficial effect on dry and irritated skin and it also calms down the itching.

-HONEY

Apply some honey onto the affected area and fter applying it, leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it thoroughly.

-CURCUMA

This spice possesses anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. Mix some curcuma powder with water until you get a thick paste which you need to apply on the affected area. Leave it for a couple of hours and then rinse it off.

-OATS

Highly recommendable for skin irritations due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Take one cup of oats and ground it into powder. Put the powder in a bag and tie it to the bathtub’s tap. Warm water will evaporate from the bag and in this way all of the healing properties of oats will spread in the area and reach your skin. Relax for 20 minutes and then wash off the skin with clean water and tap dry.
