If you are going to start a completely new diet with food that you don’t like, the diet will never take off. What you need to do is according to Lisa Sasson, a nutrition professor based out of New York, is choose healthy food that you like. She says if you don’t like what you are going to eat, the chances are that you are not going to stick to it anyway.
