-.Red Bull

A lot of people drink this type of drink for energy, but they may want to think again before consuming it. In addition to its high caffeine content, this drink is also loaded with sugar, coming in at 27 grams of sugar per 8.4 fluid ounce. Red Bull can also make us feel alert for a bit, but we can expect to feel that sugar crash later.

-Vitamin water

Just because it has “vitamin” in its name, it does not make it healthy at all.

Just after water, cane sugar is the second ingredient in this type of drink.

If you opt for a flavor like vanilla and cherry and you will be up to 42 grams. Considering that there are no other nutrients in the drink, we should skip soda entirely.
