Anyone who denies having a liking towards sweets is lying. I'm sure you love them too, be it chocolates, or doughnuts, or sugary syrups. But, wait, there has to be a limit to everything. Anything beyond a limit is dangerous. And, unfortunately, this goes for sweets, too.
Start spotting these early signs from the very beginning, lest the monster of diabetes strike you.
1. Fatigue and tiredness
This is the biggest sign that you have more than required sugar in your body. Although high-sugar foods can give you a sudden burst of energy, but that is temporary, after which follows a daunting crash.
2. Sugar cravings
If you feel the craving for sweet taste, chances are that you have become addicted to it. Recognize this soon enough to save yourself from the throes of a deep sugar addiction.
