Festivities And Holiday Celebrations Have Begun: Stay Fit By Staying Hydrated

The time for back-to-back celebrations has come. From Diwali to New Year, it’s jam packed going forward. While you have fun don’t get carried away and forget to take care of your health. Remember, only if you stay fit and hydrated through the season will you truly enjoy the fun and frolic.

 

Here’s a checklist that will help you float through the fun-filled time of the year.
 

  1. Start your day with honey and lime in warm water. Try to stay on a veggie diet, stir-fried or steamed.
  2. Drink lots of water through the day. Have green tea instead of other hot beverages.
  3. Have food rich in fiber to help modulate the immune system.
  4. Exercise every day and find ways to sweat to naturally eliminate toxins from the body.
  5. Stay clear of excessive fried-food binging.
  6. Sauna and skin exfoliating are good ways to unclog pores in the skin and get rid of some more of that unwanted toxic waste in the body.
  7. A minimum of 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep can go a long way in keeping you healthy and fit as well. So don’t ignore those snooze hours and sleep well at the end of it all.
