MSG can be found in canned soups and vegetables, salad dressing, barbecue sauce, bouillon cubes, and other processed foods. This ingredient is related to brain damage and other neurological diseases including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, lupus, MS, etc.

4. Gluten

*This protein can be found in barley, spelt, wheat, kamut and rye. It can bind to the small intestinal wall, and lead to disorders of the immune and digestive system including celiac disease.
