The effect of coffee may appear magical to you, but there’s alot going inside when you are enjoying your morning coffee mug.

There are some cons related to drinking excess of coffee in a day.Drinking excess of coffee can cause insomnia and if you are already an  insomniac, then it will make condition even worse.So, it's better to avoid coffee during bedtime.

Coffee stimulates the bowel movement and reduces the risk of developing gallbladder stones.Coffee is known to stimulate the process of thermogenesis and lead to burning of more calories but you can’t completely rely on it for weightloss.
