6. Sleep deficit– if you don’t sleep well, you cause various health problems as well as kidney issues, because our kidneys refresh while we sleep.
7. Vitamin and mineral deficits– it’s very important to have an optimal nutrition, so if we lack certain minerals or vitamins like B6 or magnesium, our kidneys will be damaged.
8. Too much coffee– caffeine is dangerous for our kidneys as it damages them.
9. Abuse of painkillers– medicines against pain are abundant in chemicals which cause various side-effects. Kidney damage is one of them.
10. Too much animal proteins– if we intake too much red meat, our kidneys will be full of metabolic load.
