Consumer Protection Department is the service provided by the state to protect the consumer from improper service provision due to monopoly.
Follow these steps to solve the problems!
- Before going to the consumer protection department, go to the shop from where you have bought the products and try to solve the problem in a friendly manner!
- If you don't get the proper response or solution for your problem, then register a complaint by calling to Consumer Protection Department. Details are given below!
- If you find it difficult, go directly to the consumer protection department and lodge a complaint. Don't forget to carry all the relevant documents! Required documents are:
- Complainer Name, address and job title.
- Name of the party on whom you want to complaint, his work, his nature and address.
- Statement of damage caused to you (Not mandatory)
- Original invoice is mandatory
