8. Dane Cook Says Kate Hudson Ate “A Feast Of Onions” Before Their Kissing Scene

The actor Dane Cook and the actress Kate Hudson had undeniable chemistry in the 2008 film My Best Friend’s Girl. However, while their kissing scene may appear romantic on screen, Cook later revealed that it was far from romantic, or even bearable, in real life.

In an interview with Andy Cohen, Cook confessed that Hudson was awful to kiss and that in fact, she was his worst on-screen kiss ever in his career as an actor. He also said – “I think she purposely ate a feast of onions right before the scene. I had to burn her on that one.”

According to Thandie Newtown, who worked with Cruise on the second installment of Mission Impossible, kissing Cruise was absolutely awful because he is a terrible kisser – “Kissing Tom Cruise was slightly icky and sort of wet. I’d really go home at the end of the day actually moaning about how hot it was and how many times we had to do it.”
