As a matter of fact, it almost seems like the entertainment industry has forgotten about her altogether. 10. Did She Just Quit Hollywood?
Cameron says that she’s taking a “break” from Hollywood, but a lot of people think she quit the industry instead. As a matter of fact, the last film she was in was 2014’s Annie. And according to her IMBD page, she doesn’t have any films lined up and she doesn’t have her name attached to any upcoming projects, either. In other words, Cameron is virtually nonexistent in today’s Hollywood.
The blonde beauty says that she left the movie world simply because she needed to take some time out to find herself. Plus, she felt that her life was at a crossroads, too. She said, “I just went, ‘I can’t really say who I am to myself. I felt the need to make myself whole.” So far, it’s taken Cameron three entire years to find herself… and counting.
9. Self-Esteem Issues
Cameron Diaz has made it no secret that she’s struggled with self-esteem issues in the past. Even though she’s written books about body confidence and loving yourself for who you are, she’s had problems with her skin and ongoing acne issues. At one point in her life, it got so bad that she couldn’t hide it from the paparazzi.
And despite being considered one of the most beautiful women in the world, Cameron still has days where she feels like hiding her face.
