Kate: minus 121 lbs in 9 months
As Kate herself admits, for a long time she didn’t regard excess weight as a serious problem. But, at some point, obesity began to affect her health.
She started by reducing her daily food intake and, in the first week, managed to lose about 18 lbs. With counting calories and daily exercise, she lost 121 lbs in 9 months. Nowadays, Kate is a true fitness fanatic, exercising for two hours every day. Recently, she has successfully completed her training to be a PE teacher.
