It is sometimes difficult to deal with children especially if they are toddlers. But this does not mean that we will be harsh on them.
However, this teacher puts his hands on a 5-year-old student who he instructs to be on the bean bag.
On the first part of the footage, the teacher was scolding the child then tossed him over the bean bag. The child was refusing so what he did is he did the same thing again. It’s as if that the child is just a doll.

“It's close but as you see he didn't hit him, he provided physical assistance to sit and stand since the child refused to do as the teacher says in class. You may disrespect your parents but you won't disrespect the teacher. His parents should have a verbal and physical touch with this child about following directions.
