Hema Malini’s biography, Beyond The Dream Girl written by Ram Kamal Mukherjee, was unveiled by Deepika Padukone on Monday evening and the yesteryear star termed Deepika the new age ‘Dream Girl’ at the event. Hema also said she was very happy to have Deepika unveil her book as she is very fond of her.
In reply to the question who deserves to be the Dream Girl today, Hema said pointing at Deepika, “Here, she is right here.” She added, “I can’t say that you have to remove that Dream Girl tag from me, the industry gave it to me.”
Deepika was overwhelmed to get this compliment from Hema
Hema also thanked Deepika for making time for her and in return, Deepika expressed how glad she was to be a part of this event. She added that she would have made time for this event even if she had been in any part of the world.
