With just a look, Simon thought the worse as 17-year-old Jonathan and 16-year-old Charlotte approached the middle of the "Britain's Got Talent" stage.

"Just when you think it couldn’t get any worse," he whispered to the other judges.

In their 2012 performance, Jonathan and Charlotte changed Youtube history as they became one of the most viral audtions ever.

Behind the amazing performance and stellar voice, no one would assume that Jonathan suffered from a nervous breakdown three months before. Being bullied for his size, Charlotte became his protector.

The rendition of Jonathan and Charlotte of "The Prayer", blending opera and pop left the judges in awe. After assuming badly of Jonathan's shyness and fumbling, Simon never expected that an operatic vocal and amazing talent lurked within him.

When the time came that the judges had to speak up, Simon's comments were contrary to what he initially thought.

Truly, "Never judge a book by its cover" they say.
