The new Indian brand ambassador for Australia tourism is Parineeti Chopra to be its first Indian woman Ambassador to encourage Indians to visit the country. According to Tourism Australia, Parineeti was awarded the friend of Australia (FOA) recognition for contributing towards the promotion of Australia by the Australian Consul General Tony Huber.
She is the first Indian woman to be a member of FOA advocacy panel. In her efforts to promote Australia as a tourist destination, she will be traveling to Queensland and Northern Territory, to highlight Australia's beauty and versatility.
