'Pilipinas Got Talent': Angel Locsin gives dancers 'golden buzzer'

A dance duo became the second act to get the coveted "golden buzzer" from the judges in the sixth season of "Pilipinas Got Talent" on Sunday.

Julius Obrero and Rhea Marquez also earned a standing ovation from judges Vice Ganda, Freddie Garcia and Robin Padilla for their superb performance.

What made their performance more special is the fact that Obrero dances while on a wheelchair.

"Isang karangalan ng 'Pilipinas Got Talent' ang nag-audition ka dito. Tuwing umiikot ka, nakikita ko ang bandera ng Pilipinas sa likod mo," Padilla told Obrero.

"Parang kaya ko kayong panoorin ng ilang oras na hindi ako magsi-CR," Vice told the pair.

When the judges were about to give their votes, Angel Locsin, who was the only one who did not stand after the pair's performance, suddenly pressed the "golden buzzer."

"Thank you. Napakaganda ng ipinakita niyo sa amin," Locsin said.

The golden buzzer gave the pair an automatic slot in the live semifinals.

Aside from Julius and Rhea, Bardilleranz, a group of pull-up bar acrobats, also received the golden buzzer.
