The 'Divas Live' concert, starring Kapamilya divas KZ Tandingan, Yeng Constantino, Angeline Quinto and Kyla, was a rousing success. They even got to perform with Regine Velasquez herself.
Each of the divas shared the stage with the veteran singer and sang a duet of her hit songs. KZ sang “Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw”, Constantino sang "Pangako", Quinto sang “Dadalhin” and Kyla sang “Pangarap Kong Ibigin Ka”.
Despite her veteran status, Regine was humble and said that she was the one who was honored for having the four divas sing her songs with her.
“It’s an honor for me to be here. Thank you for singing my songs. Kanina nung nandoon ako sa elevator, naiiyak ako kasi kinakanta niyo 'yung mga songs ko. Maraming maraming salamat. I’m very touched. You girls are so great. Ang gagaling niyo. Napapanganga ako,” she said.
The success of the divas' concert does not end there, as they are prepping up for a follow-up 'Divas Live' concert to be held in the United States and Canada.
