In excess of 50 ladies have been captured for "submitting acts in opposition to public morals", the Royal Oman Police (ROP) declared. 

In an announcement, ROP stated: "The Muscat Governorate police direction, in collaboration with various supporting police gatherings, captured 58 ladies of different nationalities for disregarding the home law and submitting acts in opposition to public morals." 

The police included that the litigants were captured in a few areas in the wilayat of Bausher, the most recent in various captures made by the police to guard the avenues. 

Only a couple of days prior, on January 9, a gathering of Arab expats who were acting like homeless people were captured by the ROP's Criminal Investigation Department. 

Comprising of four ladies and two men, the individuals would thump on entryways professing to be hobos. On the off chance that they were certain that the house was vacant, they would tear open the entryway and burgle the house. In December, 23 ladies were captured on charges of enjoying indecent acts openly. This figure included 199 ladies and 48 men.
