Oman announced First day of Eid Al Adha

Oman's Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs has announced that Tuesday, August 21, 2018 will be the first day of Eid Al Adha in the Sultanate.

In a statement online, the ministry said, "Arafa Day will fall on Monday, August 20. Therefore, Tuesday, August 21 will be the first day of Eid Al Adha.

"On this occasion, the Ministry of Endowment and Religious Affairs would like to extend their best wishes and congratulations to His Majesty the Sultan Qaboos."
