A 94-year-old female was arrested in Dapitan, Zamboanga del Norte on Tuesday, after hiring two gunmen to kill her own son after a disagreement on a parcel of land.
According to GMA News, The elderly, identified as Flaviana Sagapsapan, and her husband were in cahoots in hiring two members of a gun-for-hire gang to have their son, Arcenio, killed.
Her husband, however, died a few months after the crime happened.
The elderly did not confirm nor deny her involvement in the crime and was charged with parricide.
