Filipinos have praised a reportedly homeless girl in Manila for diligently doing her homework in heavy rain, as seen in a video posted on Saturday, July 7.This video was captured by eyewitness Rolando Baltazar Villanueva, who shared it on Facebook. He told Coconuts Manila that he felt inspired by the girl’s determination after spotting her outside the Alpha Grandview Condominium in Malate, Manila. In the clip, she can be seen huddling over a workbook while attempting to cover herself in a jacket.
