OFW from Saudi shot dead hours after arrival in PH

Just a couple of hours after his arrival in the Philippines, an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) from Saudi Arabia was shot dead in front of his home in Lipa City, Batangas.

 

The OFW was identified as 57-year-old Danilo Henson from Barangay Pinagkawitan, Lipa City, Batangas.

The victim just arrived home from the airport when he was shot at around 8:20 PM on Saturday night.

Henson was immediately rushed to NL Villa Memorial Medical Center. There, the OFW was declared dead on arrival after sustaining two shots to the head.

Lipa City Police is still investigating the possible motive in the crime.

Manhunt for the unidentified suspect continues.
