The General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security foiled an attempt to traffick drugs into the country as the Directorate received an information on the presence of an unknown boat near the coast of the northern region in the country.
Immediately, the boat was stopped and those inside were arrested as 28 kg of Hashish was found in the boat. Two Asian nationals were arrested and referred for further judicial proceedings.
