Doha Academy denies harassment by student

Doha Academy (Al Waab Branch) has denied the accusation circulating in social media that one of its student’s parent has complained against a 6-year-old boy of harassing his 5-year-old daughter.
The social media reports quoted the father saying he took his daughter to a health centre and the medical report suggested red marks on her body, Al Sharq reported.
The school said in a statement that six-year-old pushed his five-year-old schoolmate and the father was complaining about this incident, Al Sharq reported.

The school said that this is the only thing that happened and the girl is still attending her class.
Meanwhile, a source at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education said that the private school affairs department has opened an investigation into the issue to find out the details and after talking to all parties concerned – school and parents - they will publish the final report.
