Moderate daytime temperatures are expected in the country today along with poor visibility (2km or less) in some places in the early hours, the Qatar Met department has said. The maximum temperature has dropped to the early-mid-30C levels at many places – reaching a high of 32C in the Qatar University and Doha airport areas and 31C in the Hamad airport area yesterday – and similar conditions are likely today also.
The maximum temperature is expected to be 34C in Doha and Abu Samra today while the minimum will range between 22C and 27C in different areas. The detailed forecast for inshore areas says hazy to misty/foggy conditions are likely in some places at first, followed by moderate conditions during the day with some clouds. Hazy to misty conditions are also expected in offshore areas at times.
