2.Qurum Natural Park
Occupying over 1,700,000 sp. meters and spreading over various landscapes is the Qurum Natural Park; Muscat's largest natural park. Opened to the public in 1993, this amazing park has its own emerald boating lake, several beautiful fountains, neatly maintained lawns and pathways, floral beds with various types of flora, and many other stunning features. Some of the major highlights of the Qurum Natural Park include the Waterfall Hill and the Sultan Qaboos Rose Garden. In terms of accommodation, one will find an excellent choice in some of the properties of the Oman Hotels group. The park is also a site of festivities during the Muscat Festival.
