Dubai government workers will get 13 types of leaves from January 2019, as indicated by the new HR law, reported KhaleejTimes.
New leaves are yearly leave, sick leave, maternity leave, leave for death-related events, Haj get-away, leave for accomplice, think about leave, paternity leave, mourning leave, participation in occasions, accompanying debilitated leave, leave without pay and leave for national service and reserve, As per Emarat Al Youm.
Also, the yearly leave days have expanded and have been connected to the working evaluations: 30 working days for staff 12 or more, 25 working days for evaluations 4 to 11, and 18 working days for grades 3 or below.
The new law obligates the directors to react to leave asks for inside 10 days, or it would be perceived as acknowledged.
