A man was fined Dh1,000 and jailed for one month after stealing personal photos of a woman from his wife's phone in Fujairah.
According local news, The victim had filed a complaint against the husband of her friend.
After calling him in for questioning, Dibba Fujairah police found numerous personal photos of the woman on his telephone.
He admitted that he had exploited his better half dozing to exchange the photographs to his gadget.
His wife demanded and obtained a court-mandated divorce as a result of the incident.
Her family endeavored to persuade her not to separate from him but rather without much of any result.
