UAE leaders mark Eid Al Adha with prayers and greetings

UAE leaders and dignitaries held prayers across the country on Tuesday, marking the start of the Eid Al Adha.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President of UAE and Ruler of Dubai was joined by the Dubai Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, for prayers at Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Mosque in Zabeel.

In Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, led Eid prayers at the Sultan bin Zayed the First mosque in Al Bateen.

In Ajman, Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid, Ruler of Ajman led Eid prayers at Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Mosque.

On Monday, UAE leaders sent Eid greetings to one and other and best wishes King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber AlSabah, the Emir of Kuwait, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, King Mohammed VI of Morocco, King Abdullah II of Jordan and President Abdel Fattah El Sisi of Egypt.
