The Persian teen claimed to have had 50 surgeries to look like her favourite Hollywood star.

But trolls rounded on Sahar, labelling her a “zombie” and a “corpse bride”.

Others claimed that Sahar’s looks were fake, and pointed to key details showing that she had photoshopped in the effects.

And the 19-year-old appears to have admitted she enhanced the viral pics.

She wrote: “Hello relatively dear followers, the picture you’re scrutinising, even though I didn’t like it, I kept it in.

“People are probably living in the 18th century and they haven’t seen or heard of technology or make-up and they are really surprised.”

The teen also hit back at her critics, after making her Instagram private, saying people were just jealous of her looks.

She also claims to have lost so much weight that she is now only 6st 2lbs.

Sahar also wears contact lenses to mimic the Tomb Raider actress, and claims she would do “anything” to be like her.

After releasing pictures of her pre-surgery look, viewers commented on how pretty she looked.
