Reality TV personality Kylie Jenner reportedly sold her starter mansion in Calabasas, California for a staggering amount of $3 million dollars or nearly P180 million last July, filipinotimes reported.
The said mansion located at The Oaks, an exclusive community in Calabasas, measures 5,100 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
Entertainment magazine Variety also noted that Jenner bought the “stone accented white stucco Tuscan-esque style” house in March 2015 for $2.6 million and renovated it with “stark white walls, jet black hardwoods, furniture grade built-ins, glitzy light fixtures and several smoked mirror panels”.
After a little over two months since Jenner sold her house, PEP.ph reported that a Filipino family purchased it and is now the current resident of the multi-million dollar mansion.
PEP.ph agreed not to reveal the identity of the family who bought the house for privacy, but the entertainment website was able to get inside the mansion and get a glimpse of its amenities.
The new proprietors of the house gave a visit and demonstrated the swimming pool, lounge room, kitchen, gigantic stroll in storeroom, glitz room, and excitement room of the chateau, which for the most part includes highly contrasting insides.
A portion of the 21-year-old Hollywood star's close to home things which will before long be recovered, including her couch, floor coverings and goliath candles, are still at the house.
