Horrifying video shows man being beaten and robbed on a Bronx street while passerbys watch and do NOTHING to help

Video has emerged showing a man being beaten and robbed in the Bronx, while a handful of people walked by and refused to step in. 

The asault happened just before 8am last Thursday, outside a convenience store on the 1200 block of Wheeler Avenue in Soundview. 

The video shows a man pushing the victim, 49, out of a store and onto the ground where he proceeds to hit and kick him until he eventually steals his wallet with a credit card inside and takes off.

All the while, multiple people walk and watch as the assault takes place, without coming to the aid of the victim. 

The video, taken from surveillance footage, was released by the NYPD as cops continue to hunt for the man responsible. 

The victim was taken to the hospital where he was treated for minor facial injuries. 

The suspect has been described as 5'7" tall, 185 pounds and about 40 years old. he was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a red plaid shirt and black jeans.
