Bangladesh government officials rescued a famous buffalo from an Eid sacrifice today. The massive animal recently went viral online for resembling Donald Trump. The 700 kilogram buffalo features a highly distinctive white forehead patch.

Escaping the Eid Sacrifice

Viewers quickly noticed its unique comb over hair pattern in recent videos. The clips racked up millions of views across multiple social media platforms. Owner Zia Uddin Mridha originally sold the animal ahead of the holiday.

However, government officials intervened at the very last minute to save it. They purchased the animal and transferred it directly to the national zoo. The Bangladesh National Zoo in Dhaka now displays the buffalo safely.

Handling Security Concerns

A ministry official cited major security concerns regarding the unusual public interest. Zoo officials want to protect the animal while allowing visitors safe access.

They expect the buffalo to become their most photographed resident very soon.

A Calm and Polite Creature

Mridha stated his younger brother jokingly named the animal after Donald Trump. He noted that albino buffaloes generally possess very peaceful and calm temperaments. Farmers feed the animal a nutritious diet of corn and soybean.

Visitors agree the animal shares an uncanny facial resemblance with the politician. However, one woman noted the buffalo displays a uniquely polite nature.

Another farm reportedly houses a massive buffalo nicknamed Benjamin Netanyahu nearby. Farm workers describe that specific 750 kilogram animal as highly mischievous.
