Hrithik Roshan Wants to Ditch the Good Guy Image

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan feels stuck in a cinematic rut. He took to Instagram recently to share his honest career frustrations. The famous actor desperately wants to play complex and morally slippery characters again.

Looking Back at Complex Roles

Roshan spent decades playing the traditional romantic hero. He wants to return to the darker energy he brought to Dhoom Two. His portrayal of the smarmy thief Aryan remains incredibly popular today.

He also praised his own cameo in Zoya Akhtar's Luck by Chance. He loved playing the charismatic but complicated movie star Zaffar.

Directors Limit His Options

Roshan stated he would jump at another complex role instantly. Sadly he claims directors only want to cast him as the good guy. He called this creative limitation very sad.

Zoya Akhtar quickly responded to his post with a playful coffee invitation. Fans eagerly hope this means a new collaboration is brewing soon.
