Commander-in-chief receives Russian military attache

Manama, Oct. 5 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received here today the Riyadh-Resident Russian Military Attaché to Bahrain, Colonel Vladimir Kirichenko.

The commander-in-chief welcomed the Russian military attaché, and reviewed with him ways to bolster the existing friendship and cooperation relations, as well as issues of common interest.

Inspector-General Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering Rear Admiral Youssef Ahmed Malallah, and Advisor at the Russian Embassy to Bahrain Vladimir Smirnov were present.
