Step One Register On The QDC Portal

Every applicant must complete a one time online registration first. Visit the official QDC website and click the registration option. You will need your Qatar ID number and basic contact details.

The form also asks for your residential address and expiry date of your QID. Once submitted, you can log in anytime using just your email and password.

Step Two Gather Your Required Documents

QDC will not process incomplete applications, so preparation matters. The most important document is a letter from your employer or sponsor. This letter must be written in English on official letterhead.

The employer letter needs to confirm your job title and basic salary. It must also state your accommodation status, whether company provided or a housing allowance. Marital status should appear in this letter too.
