Its total India gross reached Rs 3.92 billion by the end of the eighth day. International audiences supplied the final financial push needed to break the record. Jailer 2 added Rs 0.05 billion overseas on Day 8 of its theatrical run. This took its foreign gross to Rs 2.15 billion and its worldwide total to Rs 6.06 billion.
