In case of minor accidents between two vehicles, the parties involved can report the accident through Metrash2 mobile app service instead of going to traffic investigation services physically.  To register the accident and get the the approval for vehicle repair please follow the below steps. 

1 –Take not more than 4 photos of each vehicle with one of them showing number plate clearly

2 –Move your vehicles from the accident scene and park away from the road. 
3- Ensure that location services of your mobile is enabled.
 
4- Sign in to Metrash2 and select “Traffic Services” and open ‘Accident Report’ option.

5- Enter details of both vehicles (Vehicle No. QID No and Mobile No.)

6- Attach photos of both vehicles and click on your agreement on validity of the data.

7-  Submit the report for traffic investigation

8 – A notification SMS (text message) will be sent to you asking to wait for another message to complete the procedures.

9 – After reviewing the accident photos by traffic investigators, text messages will be sent for both parties with instruction to go to insurance company or approval for vehicle repair.
