7. Jacksonville Clowns.
In late 2014, there was a strange trend of people dressing up as clowns and walking around the small towns of Florida. They walked around at night to be spotted or pose for a camera. The victims of these visits claimed it's probably some neighbors having fun. The creepiest thing is that they didn't destroy anything except pumpkins.
