6. Megan’s Workout Routine

When you see a woman who looks like Megan Fox, there are two questions that always come to mind: how does she maintain that awesome figure and what are her workout secrets? She has a trainer visiting her at her home three times a week to help her get through all the right exercises. She also enjoys Pilates, yoga, and spin classes, and she visits those classes regularly. She likes to mix things up because when you do the same thing over and over again, it can become really boring and people tend to lose their motivation at that point. By doing all sorts of different exercises and incorporating different elements into her fitness routine, she keeps things interesting, which makes it easier to get through it on a regular basis.
