13. Eat Your Heart Out, Kim
In this picture, Kim can be seen out grabbing some ice cream and for some strange reason that is completely out of character, the star decided to go makeup-free. Kim looks tired and a lot paler than her usual get-up. Perhaps Kim’s busy schedule was beginning to take its toll on her looks. Despite being one of the most recognized women on the planet, Kim has received a lot of backlash for setting unrealistic standards for young women all over the world. It cannot be denied that the Kardashian effect has completely taken over the world with many young women striving to recreate Kim and her sisters’ looks. In 2015, Time magazine included Kim on their list of the year’s 100 most influential people and in 2016, she is described as a “pop culture phenomenon.” Kim is also ‘credited’ with creating the celebrity trend on being famous for being famous.
