Heidi Klum is a real-life princess in show-stopping puffball dress on photoshoot in New York

Heidi Klum quite literally stopped traffic during a recent shoot in New York City.

The German supermodel was filming an upcoming promo for reality series Project Runway and was dressed for the part in a show-stopping strapless yellow silk gown.

Traffic had been blocked off and onlookers stopped to take pictures as the 44-year-old yummy mummy pulled her best model poses for camera.

Channeling her inner Belle from Disney's Beauty and The Beast, the star lifted up the puffball skirt as she twirled and danced around the streets of New York .

It comes after it was revealed the supermodel is set to release a fashion line with Lidl.

The clothing range is also expected to include dresses, trousers, casual kaftans and her signature sexy briefs.

A Heidi Klum printed chiffon maxi dress costs around £340 while kaftans are £160.

Prices for her lingerie start from £20 for a thong and £25 for a pair of racy knickers to £30 for a bra.

Although her capsule collection for Lidl is being kept under wraps, it is predicted to fly off the shelves within hours as fashionistas race to snap up value for money items.
