11-year-old Iranian girl beats Einstein, Hawking in IQ test

A pre-teen Iranian girl gave renowned geniuses a run for their money after she beat both Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein’s IQ scores.

11-year-old Tara Sharif’s IQ test results came out at 162 points, which indicates that she flew above the genius benchmark, which stands at 140 points.

"I was shocked when I got the result. I never expected to get such a good score,” Tara said in reaction to her mind-blowing achievement.

Tara added: “When I am older, I would like to do something related to arithmetic”.

Stephen Hawking had an IQ of 160 and it is believed that Einstein, who never took the test, would have also had an IQ level at 160.

She is now able to apply for a membership with Mensa, the world’s largest and oldest high IQ society.

Her father expressed immense pride in his aspiring mathematician daughter: “I am extremely proud but very surprised at how well Tara scored”, he said.

Tara reportedly took a non-verbal test in the British city of Oxford which targeted her understanding of means of different phrases. She had to answer all of the questions within a specific time limit.
