Death of Expat technician working for Kuwait Airways accidental

Initial investigations revealed that the Indian mechanic working for the Kuwait Airways and who died on the tarmac of the Kuwait International Airport has been recorded as accidental death at the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station, reports Al-Rai daily.

A 35-year-old Indian civilian, died under the wheels of the plane while the aircraft B777 was being towed to the airport shed by his 43-year-old Indian colleague.

On Sunday, Kuwait Airways had issued a statement saying a technical officer had suffered an accident that led to his death.
