The Qatari National Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza on Monday began disbursing financial aid to poor families in the Gaza Strip.
A source from the committee said the distribution of cash aid of $100 to the poor families on the first list and the second list started through post offices according to alphabetical order.
The source pointed out that a total of 108,000 families would benefit from cash assistance.
Hundreds of Palestinians were seen waiting at post offices in Gaza City to receive the $100 cash payments on Monday, a source said.
