Eid Al-Fitr celebrations will begin in Qatar on Tuesday, June 4, the AWQAF has announced.

The Moon Sighting Committee of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has announced that tomorrow, Tuesday, June 4, 2019, is the first day of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr in Qatar.
The Shawwal crescent moon was visible from some parts of the Qatar on Monday evening, meaning Eid will begin the following day.
The AWQAF on Saturday called on all Muslims throughout Qatar to try and spot the crescent on Monday evening, Ramadan 29, 1440H, corresponding to June 3, 2019.
