General Manager Mark Jan Kar explained this vital business strategy to reporters.

"You just cannot let a venue go dormant," Jan Kar stated clearly.

Adapting to Global Logistics

Management recently delayed international shows featuring Wu-Tang Clan and Josh Groban. International logistics made these specific concert dates too difficult to execute. The programming team moved several other regional dates to later months.

The arena team now utilizes proven contingency plans developed during the pandemic. Leaders successfully implemented a four-day work week to protect staff morale. This strategy retains essential workers and keeps the capable team highly engaged.
