His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a stern warning to federal government departments over poor employee satisfaction.
Taking to Twitter, the Dubai Ruler reprimanded five federal government departments after a review showed that employee satisfaction was less than 60 per cent in those entities.
Sheikh Mohammed reviewed the performance of 40 departments - with some of them achieving 93 per cent employee satisfaction.
The Dubai Ruler tweeted that levels below 60 per cent were not acceptable as employee satisfaction is a key to customer satisfaction.
He gave department managers six months to transform the work environment and improve employee satisfaction levels.
