HSE SAFETY KNOWLEDGE
HACCP - Qualified
Food Hygiene Certificate
Responsibilities:
HSE SAFETY KNOWLEDGE:
- Monitoring and ensuring that food production, catering and food services are complying with Qatar statutory and company HSE&Q standards, policies and procedures to avoid food contamination and related risks
- Conducting internal investigations and audits related to food safety
- Managing external audits
- Training team members on HSE and food risk management
- Liaising with Municipality and government bodies for required certifications and approvals
- Implementation of HSE policies, procedures, processes and systems
- Working with food suppliers, the Purchasing Department & Supply Chain department to ensure the quality of products are to the standards required
